“Power Up: Create your Business, Financial, and Marketing Plans”

Bozeman, MT – On April 5th, 12th, and 19th,  Prospera Business Network, Montana Women’s Business Center, and the Montana Small Business Development Center present “Power Up: Create Your Business, Financial, and Marketing Plan.” This is a three-hour course, held on three separate days, and will be at Foundant Technologies from 9 am to noon each day.

Instructor Karen Lum will work with participants to create clarity and a fresh perspective about starting a new business. Attendees will create a solid first draft of a Business Plan, obtain an in-depth understanding of their industry and competition, create sales projections and marketing strategies based on industry research and geography, document sales projections and marketing strategies, and project cash flow for one year. This shared experience with other local entrepreneurs and subject matter experts will provide valuable resources and processes that support the business planning journey.
