You can’t truly know if your brand colors, logo, website functionality, and design will hit home until you know all of the above.

MODULE 2: Your CUSTOMER

Your buyer persona profiles need to feel like your best fricken friends - you know that much about them. You can finish their sentences.  

Build buyer persona profiles so you can speak directly to your target market and forge a relationship that fosters loyalty.

MODULE 3: Your RELATIONSHIP

If your brand was a person, what would they be like? Would you hang out with them? Your brand personality and voice can really influence all of your messaging. Think Nike, or Old Spice, you know what you're getting there, right? They have fun with their personality and voice.  

Your Brand Promise and Unique Selling Proposition speak right to your buyers.

MODULE 4: Your VISUALS

What kind of feeling do we want people to have when they experience color, font, and imagery?

We get to build a mood board, a style guide, and a logo (with all of the appropriate files), and we decide how those items are explored and used.

MODULE 5: Your WEBSITE

Your website should make visitors feel everything you built in modules 1 + 2. It’s like someone walking into your store for the first time. How welcome are they? Do they want to explore and learn more? Well, I hope so. 

We will build a landing page and a few other basic pages to get you started. We will use the content you created in Module 1 to really inform the most important pages and paragraphs on your site.
